The place is as described. Not fancy or luxurious but the place is clean and comfortable to some degree. I had room number 2. It was small and dated but comfortable and had enough storage areas. Bed was clean and comfortable. I was there only 1 night so can’t elaborate on everything but overall good experience. The host is very friendly and intelligent individual and we had good conversation. Recommended.

The stay was really great and the home was always clean. This was one of my favorite stays through airbnb. The host Franky was always available and made me feel really comfortable.

Phenomenal prices, extremely proactive, personable, and responsive host; spotless, immaculate house, with extremely comfortable beds. It was hard to get up because I was so comfortable, but when I finally did my body and mind were well rested and renewed. Which was perfect because it's located right in the middle of Rochester, which has many activities to offer! Truly happy with my stay, and definitely intend on staying again when I'm back in town! Thank you again, I couldn't be more satisfied with my stay.
