This is a very honest review. I am A host myself and take reviews very seriously. This home is very rundown on the exterior, there’s siding missing, roof needs replaced, and it’s covered in moss and filth. The inside is even worse. There is a bad musty smell as soon as you enter. We found crumbs and grass all over the floors, house flies and fruit flies all throughout the kitchen, the counters and appliances were greasy and dirty and sticky to the touch. Bathrooms had hair and stains around toilets. Baseboards were covered in grime and dust. Owners underwear are just hanging out in view. We left only a few hours after check in because it was too filthy. The host denied any refund after we sent several pictures and we had to pay another $1500 for a hotel. It should also be noted the mosquitoes in this area are so terrible you can’t even stand outside. We have filed a complaint with the pei tourism bureau.

We had a great time and the house was beautiful. The sitting room that overlooks the back yard and ocean is amazing. As a few people mentioned, there mosquitoes are a bit much outside. (Just lots of taller grass around and large fields.) Less than 10 minutes from Tea Hill park which has a nice beach, especially at low tide, and 15 minutes from Charlottetown. Absolutely recommend thisnppace.
