Very cozy lake house. Beautiful lake and the territory around the house. We enjoyed swimming in the lake, kayaking and paddle boarding. In the evenings we made fire and s’mores. The deck was definitely loved by in laws. They spent most of their time there. Kitchen had all necessary supplies. 3 bathrooms were enough for our big group. Very comfortable, beautifully decorated and welcoming. Thank you!

Great location on a clean, calm North Pipe Lake! Connects to Pipe Lake which is busier. The house is very big and the living room and outdoor area is perfect for entertaining, relaxing and hanging with family! Mark was incredible at communication and very helpful!

Butler Bunkhouse was wonderful. Quiet, private, spacious backyard area with all the things we love. The house was large enough to accommodate our two families with children and had some nice kid friendly touches. Would highly recommend, we loved our stay.

The house is really nice, it was the perfect size for our group. The lake was nice and quiet. We did a lot of swimming, kayaking, and paddle boarding. The owner was always available for questions and very quick to respond. He was very helpful. We will definitely go back. I highly recommend this house for a quick getaway that was close to the Twin Cities.
