非常好的公寓，设备齐全，从厨房用具电器到洗衣机烘干机非常全。原本我们是为了红眼航班等待预订的公寓，却因为延误七个小时变得必不可少。小区的牌子不明显，找了好久，退房时柜台没人，所幸遇见热情的保安，帮我们check out，并叫了两辆出租车。非常棒的住宿体验，感谢。

Jeany was such an amazing host. She was responsive, easy to communicate with and very humble. Air B&B needs more hosts like Jeany! Her place was not only affordable but it was such GREAT value for your money. If you want value, cleanliness and an accommodating host, this is the place to book!

Apartment complex is old which is not a problem. The apartment itself is really dirty with visible dust and dirt everywhere, broken or rusty furniture. Hard water stains in all places where there is water. Many electric outlets are non-functional, all kinds of wires and cables hanging missing the finishing touch from installation. There is a water leak somewhere as the noisy water pump in the apartment runs every few seconds. Washing machine was broken and according to Host its being fixed but during my 5 day stay no repairs were done and there was also no compensation offered. Parking is free yes, but on many nights you need to wait for someone to leave (sometimes hours) as there is no dedicated parking slot but shared common parking. WiFi is slow since the router is old 2.4Ghz model, by using my own WiFi6 router I managed to get x5 speeds. I dont see this as a functional Airbnb apartment until major improvement have been done as everything seems to be lacking proper care.

The listing is located just 5 minutes from the airport and is perfect for overnight (or longer stays) when exploring Lapu-Lapu city. Had opportunities to catch a car using Grab to SM CEBU CITY as well

This is our 2nd stay with Keegan and Camille and the service was just as great as last time. There were some unavailable amenities but we were notified in advance and can prepare. Camille was responsive with any questions/issues during the stay. Greatly recommended
