Very amazing place. I love the location, very convenient, I can just ride 1 jeepnies anywhere I go. The place is quiet, not noisy. Never dissapoint me, cos I love cooking and there is a kitchen and a good stove. I am so entertained the home theater system. Perfect for watching movies, it's like you are in a cinema. The wifi is incredibly fast!! I like the host because very friendly and professional. I so love the toilet because very spacious and clean. Everytime I go cebu, I will just stay here.

At first I was worried it might be noisy due to being close to a major intersection but there's no noise at all. WiFi is VERY fast. Guards and building staff are friendly. The most pleasant surprise was the excellent sound system that is attached to the TV. Makes watching movies and playing games a joy. Though I never used it, the pool looks nice and never seemed to be overly busy. The immediate area surrounding the building is a bit barren, but there's a major mall within a short walk (<10min) and a 7/11 (<3min). There's always a group of habal-habal riders just outside the building in case grab/angkas are overbooked and you need a ride. Overall I was very satisfied with my stay.

It is a western style studio, the exquisite decoration is rather impressive. Very clean, the host is smart and generous lady, I like the home theater system
