The place is indeed well maintained, clean, spacious and in good location. Really good place to stay here in Cebu. We didn’t encounter any problem and Sir Joel gives us instructions clearly. The unit is also surrounded with food stalls, convenient stores, laundry shop, etc. literally everything what you needed.
