As a group of 3 couples with 3 toddlers we had a wonderful time at this cottage in Kent. The cottage was really well equipped and extremely comfortable. We loved the comfy beds and sofas- and the children loved running around the front and back gardens! We would thoroughly recommend for a relaxing weekend away.
Wow factor. What a stunning , exceptional and beautiful cottage. Theresa is a welcoming , 5 star plus host, going the extra mile to help your stay be the greatest one. The little touches make this cottage a 5 star plus experience. Great base to visit Faversham, Canterbury, Whitstable and more. We were sad to leave, can’t wait to book again. A must place to stay. If we could give this place 6 stars, we would! It was a fabulous stay: beautifully decorated, well-equipped kitchen, gorgeous garden with views across the countryside. Wonderful shower pressure! We had a lovely weekend based here for the Faversham literary festival. it's perfect for exploring local villages, countryside walks and relaxing by the fire. The couple of queries we had were dealt with super-quick by Theresa who was wonderful from the moment we booked. We cannot recommend this place highly enough and will definitely come back to stay.
We only stayed for 2 nights and wish we’d have stayed for longer! Theresa was the perfect host, meeting us when we arrived and even keeping us updated on an unplanned power cut before we had arrived! We had a lovely pre Christmas get away which was made even more special with the lovely touch of the Christmas tree in the Kitchen. The cottage is absolutely lovely and has a really homely feel to it. Theresa set up the travel cot for us bringing a little baby along, it was immaculate. Thank you so much for the best weekend away. We will be back next year I think!!
