This is a wonderful place for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. The house is well equipped and we appreciated all the essentials that were stocked when we arrived. Alessandro is a great host. He could not have been more helpful! We would love to come back one day.

Our stay in Living Sperlonga was one of the best we have ever had. Alessandro is a great host: he offered us a pick up from Fendi train station to his place - he was ready in 10 mins to give us a ride. He was very kind, smiley, he gave us introduction fast but very precise. He was responding to our questions in less than 10 mins and finally he offered us a drop to the train station at the end of our stay. The house is located just on the beach, surrounded by the olive trees. The garden is very clean, equipped with grill station, coal and wood. There is an outside shower and a hammock. The house inside is simple but nice and very clean. Beds are comfortable, in each room there is an air conditioning. Sperlonga is a charming little town. It offers few good restaurants, a supermarket, pharmacies and lots of bars on the beach :) the beach is beautiful and very long :) we will definetely be back again :) All the best Alessandro!

We had a great time here. The location is amazing to be right on the beach and Sperlonga is a wonderful little town. Communication with Alessandro was super easy. We highly recommend Sperlonga Escursioni where we took a 4 hour boat ride to Gaeta. The guys at the Parcheggio Dells Vite and the shuttle service were also amazing and took such good care of us, especially with my elderly parents. We enjoyed eating at Lido Olimpio restaurant which is about 5 minutes walking distance on the beach.
