The house has a few pluses which include the closeness to the beach and the veranda with the outside bathroom and shower. Furnishings are outdated as you can tell by the pictures, so that was no surprise, however the Kitchen is not well equipped and the ventilators they said they had were broken. Every problem was taken care by Lidia, albeit not immediately, however she was very charming. The house was not well cleaned, Lidia said the cleaning lady had to Run because her husband had an accident but that is no excuse. The biggest issue though was that the wifi didn’t work and Nicolo, gianluca’s associate, told me i had to call the internet company which is incredibly rude. however I Did, spending various days a few hours at a time calling only to be told the owner of the contract had to take care of it, and by the end of the trip the wifi still didn’t work and in fact I had to leave a day early because I needed wifi for a conference call I had with the US. We had a lovely time because Sperlonga is lovely and the house was very close to Le Salette Beach Club which was awesome. But the house and the lack of internet was not worth the price tag.

ottima soluzione vicinissimo al mare a piedi,e vole do anche al centro, meglio se con bici. Veranda da favola e bagno doccia esterno comodissimo, ottimo BBQ

The outstanding point of this house is the location. It is only 90 meter from a very nice beach with private, and safe for kids, passage. The village is 10 minutes drive. The house was very clean but smaller than it looks in the picture. It has very basic furnitures as expected from an holiday beach house. The garden is great with lemon and fig trees and it offers good, fresh air during the hot days. There is also plenty of private parking. The beds are not comfortable and urge replacement, the washing machine too because it does not clean effectively. I would also suggest to clean up the bbq grill to make it usable for the guests. The rest was perfect. We have been in touch only with Gianluca's mother and she was very kind and helpful. We would come back to this place and we did have a very great time! Thanks Gianluca and Lidia.

Sperlonga is a really nice village with a spectacular old town on a rock with surrounding beaches. The house is of standard condition but on a very nice spot close to the beach and with a short walk into the village center. Maria and Gianluca are very nice and easy to cooperate with. There service was excellent and you always get quick help and information when contacting them. Perfect landlords. Overall the trip to Sperlonga was very nice and the whole family really enjoyed it. We can recommend the village of Sperlonga, the house and the hosts Maria and Gianluca.
