We spent a lovely two weeks in Sperlonga and this spot was perfect for our family of three plus a little dog. Highlights were the amazing views of the western beach, including stunning sunsets every night. Very spacious house with plenty of work space, good WiFi, two bathrooms (one en suite), and large kitchen with a view and plenty of room for cooking. Always nice bonus to have a dishwasher! Our daughter loved the lofts in the 2nd bedroom and kitchen, cozy spots for her to snuggle up with a book. The house is perched up high in the old town of Sperlonga (as clearly shown in pics). While this provides simply stunning views, note that it requires excellent mobility to navigate the charming stairs and beautiful pathways through town to reach the house. For transporting luggage and groceries, this is something to keep in mind. We really loved the walking and the exercise, plus the absence of cars in the centro historico. So this was definite perk and not a problem for us. There are lots of pigeons roosting throughout town, despite efforts to keep them off ledges. Some walkways have lots of bird poop and small sections are quite literally covered in it. Because of this, we actually carried our dog in certain areas so he didn't track bird poop into the house. Again, this was not a problem for us and the house and views were well worth it. Generally, the location was amazing and very quiet, especially in evenings but even throughout the day. We were there during a big renovation project in the flat immediately below us. After one and half weeks at this house (and one intense morning of particularly loud grinding), we reached out to Jonathan and asked if they had anything else available. He responded immediately and invited us to meet him and the team at the office within the hour to review other options. Jonathan and Jessica took the time to talk through several other options, and then walk us over to the top two so we could see them in person and test out the WiFi. They had that house readied for us and we moved in that afternoon. The speed, empathy, and kindness that Jonathan, Jessica, and Maximillian (aka Willy) demonstrated was above and beyond!! Especially considering that construction noise is entirely out of their control. Both this house, Holidaycasa Brandy, and the second house were amazing, clean, well equipped and we would definitely return to both houses. We're excited to continue working with Jonathan and the Holidaycasa Team and we will definitely be back to Sperlonga!! Gratzi!!!

This place is beautiful! Best view in the city, location is the historic center. It had everything we needed; know that there are several stairs to get to and from the apartment so prepare for that— but they’re beyond worth it!!! I will definitely be back 😍
