Benedetto was really nice and proactive and very helpful throughout our entire trip. The place, however, has a few things that could be improved: - The rock that you can see in the bedroom peels off. It's made of sand, and as a result every day the floor is full of sand. This also means that you cannot leave clothes outside either, or they will also get lots of sand. No matter how much you clean it, it gets sandy in a matter of hours. The internet was extremely bad, the signal comes and goes and I am confident in saying that 75% of the time you have no wifi, and when you do, it's extremely slow. Additionally, there is no phone signal in the apartment, so if you want to watch a movie or something... you need to go outside to a nearby square to be able to download something. Benedetto tried to solve all the issues though and he also left a lot of sodas, water, and even some breakfast food for us, he was great.
