We are in Via Cristoforo Colombo n. 300, on the 2nd floor, with 1 parking space included in the price; we are in the center of Sperlonga and facing the sea. It is a particularly happy location also for its proximity to the La Lanterna bathing establishment that we have selected for your days on the beach. The use of n. 1 umbrella + 2 sunbeds + 1 director chair is included in the fee. Ideal for large families and groups of up to 7 people, this apartment is spacious, welcoming, romantic and full of light thanks to sea-view glass windows and doors. The outdoor spaces are large and it is pleasant to stay there, even in winter, on sunny days, for outdoor lunches or simply for tea. The swing on the terrace is a real joy for young and old. Casa Vacanza Colombo is furnished with pleasant and functional furniture and the whole creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. From the entrance door you find yourself in the hallway that leads to both the kitchen, the living room and the sleeping areas. In the sleeping area we will find a first double bedroom with the first internal bathroom, the second bedroom has a double bed and an additional sofa bed available. We find an additional full bathroom between the 2 bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and you will find pots, dishes, plates and glasses, oven, refrigerator and a small table suitable for breakfast. For more important and numerous lunches the maxi table in the living room will be used. The kitchen is served by a very large sea view balcony where it is pleasant to look out but it is also functional for the livability of the entire kitchen. The adjacent living room is very large and we find, in addition to a table with sideboard, also a double sofa bed and TV. All rooms of the Holiday Apartment Colombo are equipped with air conditioning (free use) for summer and heating for winter. In the house we find a comfortable washing machine and drying area on the terrace. There is also a play corner for the little ones at home. They are not necessary but the house has fixed or mobile mosquito nets.
