The barn had the wow factor beautiful and spacious all ensuite bedrooms ,a fantastic kitchen ,a log fire in the living room which kept us all warm and cosy in the evenings.Plenty of games for all ages .The hot tub was brilliant and well kept .The surrounding countryside was so peaceful and beautiful We had the best Christmas and would definitely go back

One of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed.Harriet was a top draw host and the accommodation was a reflection of that I couldn’t grumble about anything everything was perfect.If you want somewhere peaceful this is your go to.

Wonderful stay with the family in a perfect location. Lots to do locally and the accommodation was second to none. Beautiful large en suites in all the bedrooms as well as large family bathroom meant no arguments and life so much easier. Welcome basket and fresh flowers on arrival were a nice touch. Hot tub perfect after a days walking and we sat toasting marshmallows around the fire pit a couple of nights after watching the sunset. Very highly recommended and Harriet so quick to respond to all our questions. Nespresso coffee machine a bonus

combines both an incredible country location with a truly outstanding property. Sat in the hot tub, in the garden, out of living room window, out of bedroom windows all you see is incredible views of rolling hills, fells and the dales. Surrounded by sheep. The barn conversion is of high quality with so much space. Great with kids as the living space is massive, so you dont feel on top of each other. Kitchen is well equipped, with a lovely space to cook and also be part of the family. Barn is excellent in all weathers. Harriet is a friendly and great host, who balances support and leaving you to it. Didnt even mention the fire circle. Top quality. Great memories made.
