The Home: Loved It! Our party of five loved the home. The kitchen, dining area, living area were open to each other and allowed us to prepare meals, share meals, and visit all at once. Loved the kitchen! It had more than we expected and everything we needed to prepare breakfast lunch and dinner. The gas grill in the back yard was nice to prepare steaks. The beds were comfortable. Bedrooms were roomy. Bathrooms were clean and equipped for all our needs. Being 3 stories, there are stairs. A few folks in our party were less enthusiastic about stairs but were able to sleep on the 1st floor bedrooms and only had one flight to go to join us in the living and dining area. The neighborhood: Loved it! Beautiful views of the water and beach. Comfortable to walk the few blocks into the small time for Ice Cream, Restaurants, or to the beach. Location is great to get into Newport Historic Area in 10 minutes or so. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Overall. A great place to stay!

Mar Azul is a great place to stay. The house has a wonderful water view, and lots of outdoor spaces to enjoy. Getting in and out was easy peasy, the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were well appointed and the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals (for 7 of us) during our stay. I highly recommend this Airbnb.

This house was absolutely beautiful and had all the amenities that you would need! So thoughtfully decorated and furnished! I especially appreciated all the extras they had for the kids since we were traveling with our two little ones! the views were beautiful and it was close to the beach and everything Newport has to offer! We made great memories here!

My family stayed at Lizete and Rick's home for the Newport Rhode Race Weekend. The house was absolutely beautiful with views of the cliff walk mansions and ocean. The location at the beach was perfect. Lizete was an excellent host and incredibly helpful with booking. We would definitely consider staying again either for another race weekend or seasonal vacation.
