Hedgegate is located in a perfect spot for walks on the beach, and easy drives to Newport and Bristol. The numerous comfortable beds and bedrooms made it perfect for a family gathering.. My only wish is that we had more people to fill these rooms and share in the cost (we had only 8 with an elderly parent ill).. with the added fees the $2000/night charge was tough, but this was what we needed to pay to keep the family all under one roof.. even with graduation weekend, the hotels were still less expensive with the additional expenses that can be spread out better with a full weeks stay. That said, our family would have been very comfortable staying here for the entire week, as the house has a great yard with outdoor table and new grill that we enjoyed. Kitchen is easy to use and stocked with cooking needs, living room and dining room were great for family games and relaxing. Jim, Fran and Gail were all very responsive to any issues, and made a point to reach out before our stay.

This house is absolutely beautiful. It is a perfect location walking distance to a beach, the cliff walk and a few restaurants and a very short uber ride to downtown. (Probably walkable too but unfortunately it was a little chilly). It was amazing and spacious for our bachelorette party. Highly recommend!!!

Our bachelorette party had an amazing time at Hedgegate! The place had plenty of space for our large group and Jim and Fran were excellent and communicative hosts. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home!

Jim’s place was close to the cliff walk and decently close to Thames street! The house is spacious and clean.

The owners were amazing! Fran was kind and welcoming! We were down there for a wedding and they were so accommodating, allowing us to have enjoy their home! Family compound that was stunning and the perfect location!
