The place was very clean and well-supplied. There were even snacks in the kitchen. The unit is at a busy intersection; however it quietens down tremendously by 11pm. The beds were comfortable and the living room furniture was as well. We will return to this unit when we are visiting and able to reserve it.

We make several trips a year to Kingsport to visit family. Have stayed here many times. Bobbie and her place have always been great. The condo is always clean and well stocked. Bobbie has always been very responsive and helpful. This is the place for us, very nice and consistent.

We stayed here for 40 days while visiting family for Thanksgiving and Christmas. The hosts were easy to reach and quick to respond. The unit is exactly what you see in the pics, and in a great location near Ballad Health/Holston Valley hospital. If the weather is decent, there are a lot of good restaurants and watering holes with live music within walking distance, as well as a large Food City grocery store, and if in season, a nice farmer's market. We would (and will, if available) absolutely stay here again.

This place was exactly what we where looking for a place with its on parking space and not having to walk down any stairs….It was close to our job and also you have a grocery store near by. This place felt very cozy and the neighborhood was safe.
