Joshua is a great host. Very responsive and always had clear communication. Highly recommend his listings over other similar ones if you see for this resort. As he mentioned, (if you just follow his instructions), I get to use all amenities offered to owner, didn't pay any resort fee or parking fee. Space was perfect for big family like ours... I would say even two families can fit nicely with separate space for each with complete isolation (second bedroom also had small kitchenette, microwave and full bathroom). We enjoyed our hassle free stay. Will definitely go with him if we get a chance again....

Perfect place to stay in South Lake Tahoe. Location has everything within a mile. Beach is walkable distance. R Being Hilton gran vacation, hotel has tons of activities for kids and adults.

Wonderful! Joshua's suite was perfect for our family visit to lake Tahoe and was a great springboard to visit many lovely places nearby.

This location is a Hilton/RCI type condo. We were a little nervous checking in as Joshua informed us that this location does not like AirBnb Check-Ins. They did not ask any questions, however, and the check-in was in our name and very smooth. Joshua also mentioned that they might try to get us to do a timeshare, but they also did not even mention that either. They treated us as a club member and even offered a Hilton honors gift bag. The activities center at this Hilton was incredible for the kids, and my family especially loved the pool tables and other amenities such as the fire pits outside. An excellent choice for your family and a bargain for this area.
