Great place - I stayed a couple of nights for a cheerleading competition. Easy to find, free parking on the street. Very responsive host - phoned the day before to give instructions for check in. Greeted on arrival and shown to room. Very quick to respond. Room was good and clean. Room was a single bed with table, chair, tea and coffee facilities, a tv. The bathroom had a shower, toilet and sink. Room was warm, shower had good pressure. I slept well. The only issue was the front door which got stuck a few times however James responded to my calls and was able to get there in ~2 minutes to let me in.

James AirBnB was excellent. It was clean, the bedding was pristine, the bed was comfy, the room was private, James was very responsive, friendly & helpful. Tip for travellers: bring earplugs for the noisy seagulls (all over Blackpool) and an eye mask if you’re de sensitive to light. Great value & highly recommend.

Great & recommended for your stay in Blackpool. Clean, comfortable & value for money. Good access to The Tower and beach front activities. James is very pleasant and helpful right from my arrival & even offering me a room upgrade for my stay which was appreciated.
