The room is clean and simple. It looks like in the photos.The location is very nice and accessible since they have many amenities that you can enjoy and near to pasyalan and stores. The place is also secured. The host is very considerate and allowed us to extend for an hour. I suggest to change the diffuser inside the condo because when we enter it smells dusty. The clock is not working tho it's not a big deal for us. Overall it's worth the price.

Unit has complete set up and clean. The place/location of this unit is a bit far from clubhouse and parking, but SMDC has shuttle that gives free ride. This location is also near the restaurants, convenience stores, and Skyranch Tagaytay. Recommendable place for 2-3 adults.

Me gusto el lugar estaba muy bien pero me gustaría dejar algunos comentarios por ejemplo si tienen automóvil o motocicleta te cobran diario por el estacionamiento y no está tan cerca tienes que ir a la parte trasera de todos los edificios, para la alberca tienes que pagar aparte diariamente,en cuanto al lugar la cama hace mucho ruido creo que el colchón es viejo,la televisión no tiene canales abiertos y netflix dejó de funcionar después del primer día,no todo fue malo tiene cocineta el baño y aire acondicionado están perfectos,las personas que trabajan ahí son muy amigables y el lugar está en una buena ubicación, por el precio considero que esta bien,los anfitriones son buenos y te responden de 1 a 2 horas aveces antes,lo único que no me gustó fue la cama y netflix. Si lo recomiendo solo tomar en cuenta lo de la cama y netflix incluso puse mi propia cuenta y no funcionó creo que es la aplicación de la tv.
