The house is glorious. Photos are representative of the house,views, amenities. Would not hesitate to book again. The house/pool get weekly clean, which is very helpful. Jerome was very responsive from the moment of booking and throughout the stay. He was a great resource to book to and from transportation-airport/villa/house, a car locally, private chef (highly recommended), provided an activity agent (who was a great asset, and extremely helpful in reviewing activities and confirming times, etc), and restaurants. A few things to note: 1. as others have noted, the driveway is a bit scary, but totally doable once you get over your fear. 2. the house is extremely well designed to allow for airflow to keep the house cool…when there is wind. No wind=very hot. We had no wind all week, but made the trip more authentically Costa Rican! 3.Maintenance crew can come at any time during your stay. Jerome communicates, but can be at undesirable times 4.Really missed a dishwasher Pura Vida!

This villa was perfect for our family vacation (7 people). The location was wonderful: close to towns, adventures, and nature! We walked to the beach several times with no issues. The cafe at the entrance to the villa was beautiful and delicious. The place had all the amenities one could need: a beautiful pool, air conditioned bedrooms, a fully appointed kitchen (we made meals and had a private chef one night), gated/safe community. Yes, the driveway is steep, but once you get the handle of it, it was totally fine. Thanks Jerome!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful ocean-view house with a lovely pool. The views, birds, and sunsets were simply breathtaking. Jerome was a gracious and responsive host throughout our stay with helpful instructions. The living room provided a seamless indoor/outdoor experience that truly connected us with nature. However, the only drawback was the heat, especially during the day. Despite being accustomed to Costa Rican homes, the lack of air conditioning made it uncomfortable to spend extended periods in the living room. The fans were not powerful enough, though the curtains helped alleviate the heat somewhat. Unfortunately, the exterior fans were not functional, which made it challenging to relax outside before sunset. The beds were incredibly comfortable, kitchen fully equipped and the bathrooms were spotlessly clean. Jerome's directions and instructions were clear and helpful. Despite the minor issue with the heat, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon!

This place was WONDERFUL! The home was even nicer than the pictures. The driveway is challenging, to say the very least, but the views were simply stunning. Although it is technically within walking distance from the beach it isn’t an easy stroll…it is up and down the steep neighborhood roads and across a relatively busy road. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others!

This is our second time staying here and it really is spectacular. The pool and the outdoor spaces are beautiful. The only thing I wish the home had was air conditioning in the main living area. Other than that it was pure perfection.
