The house is great, and well worth the paid price. The neighborhood is nice and most places are within easy driving distance. The only complaints come from what feel like nitpicks in the form of outdated technology, and privacy. The remotes for the tvs barely respond if they're able to connect at all, if they do turn on you will notice a few dead pixels in both. Some of the chairs feel wobbly and worried about breaking them if sat upon. One worry that would be a major concern for others is the lack of privacy in the kitchen and dining area. There are no curtains over the sink, or the two doors leading into the kitchen from outside, and all three look directly into a neighbors backyard. lastly, the hot water dissappears relatively fast, and while its not cold, its not as pleasant as it could be. The house is otherwise cozy and inviting with plenty of space for whatever kind of event you'll have, if those slight things could be fixed it would be perfect.

Great for groups. There was plenty of room for my group of six. Kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. Location was perfect for the places we visited. Love that the neighborhood is quiet. *The Pool Review* at first glance the pool looks a little iffy but after a good net cleaning of the leaves and other items, it was good to go. I do wish I knew about LA weather better to have the pool heated. My group had a great time in the pool after use to the cold temperature. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here. The listing is as described. Randy was very responsive when I had questions.

We stayed here as a family of 6 for our vacation, and traveled to Disney, Knott's, Universal, and the Hollywood Walk of Fame. The distance was 30 minutes to an hour depending on traffic, but it was worth it since each of our destinations were not close together. I chose this airbnb as a neutral location between all destinations and I am glad I did. It was very spacious, the kids all loved having their own rooms, it was great having two bathrooms, and everything was clean. There is a CVS nearby, I had to run there twice some last minute needs (Pain meds and deodorant) and it was quick and easy.

The house was very clean and in a really good and quiet neighborhood. I’d recommend to anyone. The pest plug-ins did have everyone a little easy but apparently they worked. We didn’t see anything. I would say that the owner should add face towels because there were none in the house. The owner should also put in big bowls, print in the house description that the hot tub is only accessible with additional daily payment.
