Alright, that's an honest review. Kay is genuinely the nicest host I have ever met on Airbnb. There was a misunderstanding on the first day I checked in (admittedly, that was my fault) and Kay managed the situation in best possible way. Now, the room is pretty big for the NYC standards, the house is spot on clean, especially the kitchen and the toilet (I kinda believe they are professionally cleaned every other day or at least that's the feeling you have). WiFi is now great :) and the house location is the best you can have to reach the city, the subway station is literally 30 seconds walking far. I have friends living in the city, and was actually easier for me to get home from Manhattan in the evening than it was for them. If you are planning to stay in NYC trust me, that's the best solution you can get. Ciao Kay! And thanks again for hosting me :)

Kay was a super cool guy. I got in late and he was great about it. Always responsive and helped me get set up for a month while I was moving to the city. Great experience

Kay was rad. Accepted me on super short notice, arranged everything in less than an hour and even helped me move my shit in with a bum shoulder. Place is super clean, well maintained and chill. Great block and close to everything/anything anyone could need.
