Good deal for a group of 7! Because the building is split into 3 different levels it doesn't feel crowded

The place is great for a cheap central spot to stay in Manchester but the street is very dodgy (didn’t feel safe); the electric wouldn’t work at one point (but they came to fox it) and the flat is very much built to squeeze in what you could legally rent out. It’s not premium, wasn’t very clean. Some windows don’t close. And don’t use the kitchen as it immediately sets off ALL of the fire alarms.

Overall we were pleased, it’s located in the heart of the city and you can walk to get to many great bars and restaurants. It is a bit smaller than what we were expecting, had a few minor issues with the heating but Jody was responsive and resolved the problem. I would recommend for a large group.
