My girlfriend and I stayed at the Sleepy Spring chalet the weekend of April 26th. Here I will provide my thoughts about my stay below, as well as some things I think you should know if you’re considering a stay here. • Road is gravel and very steep in some places, however it is accessible by car (I drove a Nissan Altima). I wouldn’t recommend driving on this road in wet conditions or in the dark. About 25 mins from Berkeley Springs proper, and roughly 20 mins from any groceries/gas. Place is secluded. VERY secluded, which is part of the appeal. The views are great, it’s very quiet out here and very dark at night, pitch black. The upstairs level is nice, lots of windows with good views. • Label that reads 241 is very easy to miss, it’s written on a tree and a small American flag is stuck next to it. Where the road forks left will lead you directly to this house.

Beautiful cabin out in the woods . The perfect place to get away . Keep in mind cell service is non existent as well as WiFi . We did not mind too much because the weekend was meant to relax . The cabin is twenty one minutes away from Berkley springs proper.

We had a great long weekend at the cabin! It was just what we were looking for and we’re already talking about our return visit! Directions were clear on getting to the cabin, but I also used Apple Maps which brought me right to the driveway!
