其他都非常棒 离机场很近 但是需要看清楚入住须知 以免产生误会 总体来说很值得入住
房间很干净也非常的新，是一个不错的地方 距离海滩很近！
Good offer for long staying
Super stylische Wohnung. Alles sauber und wie beschrieben. Nicht weit zu einem tollen Strand (5Min zu Fuß.). Teilweise war die Gegend etwas touristisch und dadurch auch teurer. Die Kommunikation hat super geklappt. Ich kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.
Ira was very responsive and communicated very well before and during our stay. However for 2 couples we found the place very cramped particularly the bedrooms. There was barely room to move around the beds and in one bedroom it wasn’t possible to fully open the wardrobe door.Another big inconvenience was when my husband was using the on site gym the apartment keys had to be handed in which left me without a key which was needed to turn on the power and aircon in the apartment. The onsite pools were lovely but unfortunately there were very few beds/umbrellas so we were unable to spend any time there. The onsite restaurant/cafe was excellent and the staff were so friendly. The apartment was an easy walk to the beach and many restaurants and there was a small convenience store across the road.

We settled down in Thailand back in 2010. As we have 2 sons, Phuket with its highly developed residential infrastructure, turned to be a perfect place for them to get the initial international education and happy colorful childhood. We truly love Phuket, Thailand, Thai people and their culture ,and of course Thai cuisine. It's a great place for people like us, who love travelling and exploring the world. We take our hosting business seriously. As we manage not only our apartment, but also some, that belong to our friends, who cannot afford staying in Thailand all the time. That's why we are always eager to go the extra mile to make sure our guests are not only satisfied, but happy with our service. Both me and my husband work in construction / real-estate field. That's why we know the island inside out and are always eager to share our knowledge with our guests. Whether it's a local seafood market, an inexpensive shopping center or a mobile phone repair shop - we are always happy to share our knowledge and send the location if needed. We are quite easy going, or at least we seem to be easy going to ourselves :D . And we are always online and responsive, so if you need our help or advice just drop us a message via any popular mobile live chat, as we use most of them, either in English, Thai or Russian as we speak all three languages fluently.
