Excellent stay. Our host Soren was very helpful and gave us good tips about the restaurants and places to visit. The place was very clean and we enjoyed free laundry and parking!

Lovely apartment in a safe, walkable neighbourhood. The apartment is spacious, light and has all necessary amenities. They even left us a ”welcome” milk in the fridge so we could have coffee and tea the next morning. Only downside was the check in and check out. The instructions weren’t very clear (we didn’t get actual info on how to enter the building) but luckily Nathan responded very quickly. During check out we also had a bit of a hassle with leaving the keys but in the end everything went smoothly, mostly thanks to the hosts easy and very timely communication. So would definitely recommend Carmen’s place, we had a lovely stay and felt super safe in the heart of bustling Cape Town.

The Waterkant apartment was a great find and excellent value for money . The location is well placed to walk parts of Cape Town,or to travel to any part of the city . I attended a conference at the International convention centre,and it was a 5minute drive. The safe parking space is rare in this city and the nearby Cape Quarter has a number of shops worth visiting. If Vinyl and HiFi is your thing go to the Listening room next door . There is a large SPAR in the Cape Quarter for grocery needs. The area has a number of good restaurants nearby. The apartment is quiet at night with a wonderful shower and well-appointed kitchen.

Wow - it was a pleasure staying at 402 Napier. The apartment was super clean & presentable. Carmen, Nathan & David were all so helpful, we really enjoyed our stay!
