Blondie was great, quick response, very helpful. Location excellent, lobby service people nice, mall quick walk, exciting.market on Sunday, EAT & SHOP..would definitely come again. . My only concern is with "Host Pro", my second property, would appreciate toaster oven, some supplies, paper towels, toilet paper, you receive a welcome kit similar on the airplane, many neglected maintenance issue, bulbs burned out, switches thst either do not work or ? In my opinion...and they anticipate high rating, unfortunately not.. . Light switches are in the most ridiculous place, should be more logical. . Fire sprinkler in living room is an empty hole? Not sure about smoke detectors. . Unit needs a paint and filling in cracks in bedroom wall by window. . Water dispenser should be provided, such small cost, high marks for hot water and cold water dispenser. . I stay again if returning to Makati..not able to cook anything, "Host Pro" different philosophy...glad they show their name "Host Pro"' . Also they NEVER identify whom s speaking, constantly changing, LIKE going to call center? . Host Pro lacks communication, they switch to another service?? No identification in my opinion..

Pros : * Convenient location * Close to shopping centres * The unit is spacious and has a good layout * Wasn't able to use the kitchen but it's quiete big compared to other condo units that I've stayed at * Really good washing machine and love the fact that the host provided a decent size foldable clothes rack * lots of local cafes nearby. Make sure to try Antipodean cafe which is located next to the bldg * Very comfy couch and having netflix is a plus * Easy check in * The staff in the building are very friendly Cons : * Building is a little old and has an old stench (from reception area up to the hallway where the unit is located) * The unit is near the trash chute so you'll sometimes be greeted by the scent of trash as you walk through the hallway going to the unit * Unfortunately, the pool was under maintenance during our stay so I won't be able to comment on this (I understand this is out of the host control) * The bedroom door doesn't fully closed * The housekeeper was really rude. On the day of checkout, she rang the doorbell and was just on her mobile. She didn't say a word and was just on her phone the whole time. I had to wait for her to finish her conversation and ask who she is and what she is after. We weren't informed ahead of time that the housekeeper will be coming during check-out. The instruction for check-out was to turn off all electricity and leave the key. There was no mention of a housekeeper.
