The houseboat itself was a cozy haven on the water, offering breathtaking views and a unique atmosphere that made our stay incredibly special. We had Heather and pirate greeted us on arrival which was nice. She gave us a quick run down on local places to eat and the area, which was very helpful to get our bearings The boat was very warm and comfortable and a lovely break for the weekend. The boat was very well equipped with everything you could need right down to entertainment should you wish to use it. The only disappointment for my husband was we didn’t experience the boat float as the tides wasn’t high enough during our stay. We will have to return for the spring tides 😊

We had the most amazing time on Heathers boat. It was super easy to find and Heather was there when we arrived to show us around and answer any questions we had. The kitchen has everything you needed - from condiments to spices and kitchen roll. The Tv had nextflix and it was so beautiful curling up on the sofa and hearing the boat creek when the tide came in. It got chilly one night so we put the heater on - safe to say it worked and we had to turn it off and open the window! Extra blankets were available too so that added to the cosiness. Heather was a fantastic host and kindky provided advice on local chinese recommendations when we messaged her. The tide times were written on the board upon arrival so we made sure we could watch the tide xome in through thel window! Thank you Heather - and Pirate- for sharing your home and making it an unforgettable weekend!

I had an amazing stay on Heather's boat. It was the perfect location to have a relaxing and stress free holiday, which is what I needed!! The boat had everything you could want a comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, spacious living area, clean and functional bathroom and the most amazing views from the big window in the living area. Heather was an amazing host, so friendly and welcoming. She has great local knowledge with recommendations of places to go, try and visit. I highly recommend you go and stay on this boat i will definitely be returning! Thank you for everything Heather. :)
