Super location and it was so convenient to park the car in the indoor parking lot.
Place was ok for short term 2-3 nights stay in Tallinn. During our stay there were -20 degree temperatures outside, and flat was warm and cozy. Max two people for flat, as it is rather small for more. House where flat is rather new construction and seems that wall are rather thin. Not a show stopper, but those with senstive ears when sleeping in new places, make sure to have ear plugs with you. electricity, vibrations, water in pipes, you will be able to hear some interesting soundscape. Host was responsive and helpful.
Had a wonderful stay just outside of the city centre but easily walkable even in the snow. Will certainly be considering staying here again upon our next visit to Tallinn

Super clean room, functional kitchen, a small washing maschine...everything was perfect! Secure, fast wifi was available, too.

Our apartments are located in central Tallinn's trendiest neighbourhood: Telliskivi. This former brick factory complex and its surroundings are now home to startup incubators, artists’ studios, design shops, and dozens of restaurants, cafes and bars. Bob’s apartments are just 1 minute’s walk from Telliskivi, 8 minutes from the Balti Jaam Market and public transport hub, and less than 15 minutes from the Old Town.
We mainly get around the city by foot, Bolt’s awesome e-kick-scooters and public transport.
The tram lines 1 and 2 are only a stone's throw away from your Bob W suite. They take you from Telliskivi to the city center (Hobujaama stop) in about 15 minutes where you can jump on tram line 4 heading to the airport in 20 minutes.
The bus line 40 is also just a two minute walk from your suite and takes you to the city centre (Laikmaa stop) in just 10 minutes or to the closest beach (Stroomi beach) in less than 20 minutes.
The bus line 59 is very close to your suite as well and takes you to the Pikakari beach and Paljassaare conservation area in about 30 minutes.
The Central Railway station (Balti Station) is also only a short walk away from your suite. It offers public transport options (bus, tram, trolleybus and train) to all areas of Tallinn and Estonia.
