A very cute condo…overlooking a small beach and bay that was not overpopulated. A bit of a drive, but loved the condo complex. Breeze was very accommodating, gracious, responsive, and helpful.

Ocean front was great! 2 pools were nice! Condo had everything we needed Bus stop was right by condo. We would definitely go back and recommend!

Breeze was just wonderful to work with! Her place was adorbable and SUPER convenient for 3 recently hired teachers teaching summer school at the local elementary and high school. If we had questions about anything, she would respond in a timely manner, which was wonderful. Smart TV, salt water pool access, beach access and did I mention the view?! Highly recommend! ☺️🌺

Breeze is an extraordinary host as I do stay in Airbnb‘s very often. This is my first time staying at a location for a long time and staying in Breezes apartment is more than anyone can ever ask for and the best Airbnb experience thus far. It exceeded its expectations everything was provided for us, the house is so well equipped and very comfortable and clean. The location is amazing if you want to get away from the hustle of the city. The views of the ocean and then the views of the mountains behind it’s basically a perk. She is resourceful, helpful, she is quick to fix any little glitches but thus far everything was perfect. This apartment has everything to offer and I hope the next person who stays at her home respects it as if it were their own home. I honestly felt like I was staying at a friends house because she just made me feel so comfortable throughout my stay. I am so thankful. I cannot wait to return! For those who want to stay here just make sure you get a car, other than that I had a wonderful stay.

Breezy Ocean View Condo Review March 1 - March 31, 2022. We are very thankful that Breeze and Brook made their condo available to us and all of us wanting to stay on Oahu affordably. I never thought I could live in only 412 sq ft but the small space was never a problem; we just had to let the other person pass before continuing on to the bathroom or bedroom. 😊 It was really convenient to start out with all the food options in the cupboards and refrigerator, though I’m guessing it’s mostly from all the previous renters, even tho you are directed to throw everything out when you leave. But I’m sure they were just like us in that it is very hard to throw out perfectly good food, they all had current expiration dates. We had met some of the lovely residents living in our same building (A building), who were willing to take our food and either use it themselves or share with others who might need it more. Waking up every morning to that beautiful picturesque and melodious ocean 🌊 was too good to be true. But finally something that was too good to be true, WAS TRUE! If you don’t want to use the AC, you can have the sliding doors open to hear the ocean and you can get a pretty good cross breeze if you have the sliding doors and the bedroom window open and make use of the good ceiling fan and swivel standing fan. Which is what we preferred to do until the afternoon sun became too hot. I found whenever I was at the kitchen sink or counters that the air conditioning blew directly on me, which wasn’t comfortable , so we only used the AC if we weren’t going to be in that area of the room. There is no way to maneuver the direction of the airflow. We didn’t have the window open too much tho as there seemed to be a lot of sirens from police , ambulances or fire trucks ; and a lot of noisy pickup trucks and cars, passing by with their music full blast . Luckily they respect the night time hours. And you can always close that bedroom window and you won’t hear a thing. The condo is very sound proof. While the condo was clean and comfortable, it is showing it’s age. The building was built in 1974. The bed was soft and absolutely comfortable, I didn’t realize how comfortable until I got home and slept in my bed again. I liked the soft but if you prefer more firm, the pullout couch is firm but comfortable. The only negative we have, of the area, was the poor condition of the roads and the speed bumps (or humps as they call them) every 300 feet to let passengers cross. The driving becomes very tiring as you have to drive 25 mph for a few miles, maneuvering the bumps, and being mindful of all the cross traffic and pedestrians; and shameful me made my husband do all the driving. Since there is only one way in and out of Waianae, be sure to allow EXTRA EXTRA time for any destination appointments heading south, like to Honolulu, as you never know when you are going to run into a traffic jam for one reason or another. We almost missed an event because we didn’t listen to our own advice. We really appreciated that the Owners always responded in a timely manner to all our questions and comments, unlike the owners of another condo we rented for 3 days at Turtle Bay in the middle of our month. It made us appreciative them even more. In closing, we are hoping to be able to stay there again next year. And that says it all! Mahalo! Sincerely, William and Roxanne.
