Sebastian was a great host. He provided us with everything we needed (from delivering items that was missing, to information about the area that we stayed). He is very responsive and well communicated. The house is beautiful and comfortable with 9 guests. Definitely will go back again.

Spacious 2BR condo in quiet neighborhood on Spearhead Drive. Ski-in is very easy, it just requires crossing one road. Ski-out requires a short uphill walk to reach the trail to the Blackcomb base. Unlike what other reviewers have mentioned, we found the fold-out sofa completely adequate as a queen-sized bed. Two minor issues: - Unlike almost all other accommodations in Whistler, this condo does not allow parking after checkout, so you have to park your car elsewhere if you want to ski after checkout. - The electric stove in the kitchen has trouble reaching temperatures above 400 F.

Overall a good stay for large groups, with enough space for 9 or 10 people to spend a week comfortably. Convenient location, nice mudroom, and parking for 3 cars. Right next to a free shuttle stop. Host is communicative and helpful. We wish the unit was better stocked. The baking sheets were rusty and old. There were no large pots. Containers were missing lids. There were only 2 trash bags and one paper towel roll so we had to buy more and get more paper towels. Bathrooms had single ply toilet paper and each bathroom only had tiny hotel sample size shampoo and body wash, so they ran out after a day.

Sebastian's place was clean and convenient. We had 8 people and 2 cars and it was enough space. We also had all our gear and there was enough space for us. Walkable distance from Blackcomb side of the mountain. Also the heated floors are a game changer!
