Roo's Retreat was perfect for our overnight stay. It was easy to find Miranda's home as she supplied what3words address. We were able to drive up to Roo's Retreat without any problems after phoning Miranda for further instructions. The accommodation was clean and tidy. Miranda had left assorted cereals, milk, butter, marmalade and jam for our breakfast which was much appreciated. We found the beds comfortable and both slept well. Roo's Retreat is in a small paddock adjoining Miranda's garden. It was very peaceful - the only sound was birdsong 🐦‍⬛🎶. This property is ideal for a few days break to explore the area.

Fantastic stay out in the countryside! Peaceful and beautiful for anyone looking to absolutely relax and wind down! Not much to do around but this was the beauty of it! Great and helpful host Miranda. We would definitely recommend. Unfortunately we didn’t get the weather but still made the most out of it! In summer the garden would be such a beautiful space to relax!!

This was one of the loveliest air bnb's I stayed in so far. Absolutely perfekt for having a break and enjoying time in nature. It is very privat with a own little front yard and the possibility to park next to the cabin. The cabin it self was warm (it being cold outside) and cosy and just gorgeous! We had a lovely time exploring all the surrounding towns like Whitstable and Canterbury.

My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. Our stay at Miranda's was great in every way. Beautiful peaceful place, the view through the window was soothing. Amenities fully sufficient, we felt at home. Breakfast of toast with jam, butter, tea and coffee with milk on the bench in the sunshine conquered us with energy for the whole day. Miranda not very friendly, she heated the house for us, everything was great even with a small child. Thank you so much and we would love to come again.

Miranda's place is a little slice of heaven, it's in the country with lots of bird life, really peaceful and private, we loved it and can't wait to go back. Miranda was really welcoming without being intrusive, a plus for us. Everything was spotlessly clean, bedding and towels smelt lovely. Bread, butter, milk, jam, marmalade, tea and coffee is provided which was a lovely touch. The windows open to the lovely view so you can watch the birds from the bed, perfect way to start the day!
