Our enchanting, hand-crafted Yurt provides a private sanctuary with harmonious indoor/outdoor living space for connecting to nature, loved ones, and self. Retreat to a uniquely luxurious & romantic glamping experience. NOTE: FRIDAY & SATURDAY RENT TOGETHER. NO PETS. Yurt is 250 ft from my home with 100 acres of woods behind. Northampton (30min) and (17min) to Amherst. Lake Wyola .3 mi.-swimming, boating, waterfalls, excellent restaurants, breweries and cidery. Hiking and biking out the door. Perfect, private space for meditation, writing, creating art, or just unplugging and connecting with a loved one, self, or nature. Rejuvenating, calm, comfortable, and magical sanctuary. Please acquaint yourself with the details of the rental (ie. check the local weather, etc) before booking- I am not responsible for the weather or temperature conditions. This is a beautiful glamping experience, not a hotel and it is an incredible experience for the right people. Renters are responsible for their own choices. NO PETS, NO EXCEPTIONS. Insulated and unheated Yurt, includes electricity, mini-fridge, electric kettle, fan, twinkling fairy solar/electric lights, french press coffee maker, lighter, flashlight, mugs, and wine glasses. All other items are the guests' responsibility. Camp chairs and solar shower bladder are located in the composting toilet shed. The bladder can be filled and warmed and I am happy to fill with hot water if I am around. Water is available 24/7 from a spigot on the front of the house. Please bring your own towels. Some guests like to bring sleeping bags in colder weather. Please pack out excessive waste that will not fit in the trash container provided. A fee will be assessed for excess trash left on the premises. Charming and comfortable full-size antique wrought iron bed with high-quality 100% cotton linens provided. CHIMINEA- BYOW (use dependent on fire conditions) outside and a sweet deck built for two, for dining or stargazing. High-speed internet if you want it, with two dedicated Yurt lines. Please be aware we are in a hill town and the internet can be spotty, especially for services such as video calling, but it generally operates well. Quiet space for working. *Please notify me if there is an accident (ie. a coffee spill on the bedding)so that I can immediately attend to it.
