David was a great host for us, the place was just as described with everything we needed, including a bed for the dog. We will be staying here again when we go back to see family.

I cannot thank Dai enough for the lovely stay and how considerate he was about travelling with an 11 month old. He is a genuinely considerate and proactive host. The place is stunning and absolutely tranquil. It is so beautiful just watching the riverscape from the kitchen/living room that the TV was never turned on! Thank you very much for a wonderful stay and I hope to return soon.

We have just returned from our mini break and highly recommend David as a host and his property. He provided clear instructions on accessing the property and parking, which were great as we arrived in the dark. He was lovely to talk to and we felt very at home. The property was clean and there are all the basic amenities you would need such as kitchen roll, tin foil etc and all really good quality items. Although it overlooks the beautiful countryside, it’s only a minute’s walk to the coop and there is also a Sainsbury’s nearby. We would definitely return!

This stay was exactly what we wanted and more. The place was very cosy, clean and well furnished. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept well. We were 4 adults but needed the sofa bed set up and David was more than happy to help us after we arrived, provided bedding and was very warm and friendly. I also have to mention the view. The place was on the edge of Lampeter, still within walking distance to everything, but because of this location it had the most beautiful view. We would definitely stay again.
