Amazing views! Beautiful house, newly renovated, and gorgeously decorated! There is new construction immediately next to it, so a little noisy in the morning. We saw amazing sunrises and rainbows on the bay! We saw manatees in the backyard! Very quick walk to the beach. They provide wagon, beach chairs and some floats. I wish they could provide umbrellas. They had two sets of washer/dryers (very helpful) Amazing place, would rent again!

Pro’s: When checking in our code to enter the property didn’t work, but this issue was quickly resolved by using the text line provided by AMI. Upon entry, the view was breath-taking and is without a doubt the best part of this property. The kids loved the nautical-themed bunk beds. They provide beach chairs, wagon, and toys You can see dolphins swimming in the back yard. Con’s: The property could use some TLC as far as cleanliness goes, there are still decorations from someone else’s party tacked on to the ceiling of the outdoor area. Mildew in master shower. Cups and such were put into the cabinets still wet. The headboards are dusty, and a guest prior to us left their contacts behind. The pool sticks are all broken and unusable. The master bed sounds like it has a huge plastic bag wrapped on it, which made for very loud transitions throughout the night. The wifi had issues causing the master bedroom not to have tv. When they sent someone to check on it they set the appointment to resolve it for the day of our check out. When I reached out to AMI about it they kind of brushed me off, told me it wasn’t their fault and left some of my messages hanging. Ehhh

Dock is dangerous and boards coming up and hitting people in the face. Air conditioning didnt work for first 24 hours. Refrigerator didnt work for the first 24 hours and we lost all the food. Staff was rude and took forever to get back to us.
