This is 6 miles about 20 minutes from the heart of IU campus. We stayed here for graduation weekend. The house is unique and lovely. The windows on both walls allowed so much light! The kitchen was extremely well stocked. It was quiet and relaxing. Loved it!

Everything was perfect! Host Cindy’s communication was exceptional. The warm , personal touches made us feel welcomed from the minute we arrived. Our family aged 19-54 gathered to enjoy cooking, eating, playing games and to share old memories while making new ones. This space facilitated all of this & much more. The architecture & decorating of this home was STUNNING, WARM, INVITING! We LOVED the views - so peaceful & serene. The espresso sipping on the balcony, in the trees - was the greatest canvas for our family bonding time of reconnection. We were minutes away from our Lake Monroe boat rental and ice cream downtown at Chocolate Moose! We so appreciated a well stocked kitchen for all our cooking & eating needs! Our host was available for immediate attention if needed via phone/text. The home was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We truly felt welcomed and would LOVE to visit again We didn’t want to leave. ♥️

Our stay was great. Very nostalgic and quiet. Perfect place for reconnecting with family. There is one television and no cable connected. It took the guys a minute to get use to that, but after a minute the games and conversations took over. Would stay here again.
