Tell our travelers something about yourself: Fran and Kathy are a mother and daughter team who work together on short-term and medium term rentals for Furnished Finders. Most tenants are nurses who stay an average of 90 days. Fran lives in Florence, on one side of the duplex's property and Kathy runs the rest of the business remotely from Denver. Fran was Florence's "Citizen of the Year" and is very well-entrenched in a lot of Florence businesses, associations and volunteer activities. In fact, she is often called "The Queen of Florence" based on her extensive knowledge of what is going on in Florence at any given time of the year. During the spring and summer, you will find her out in her massive, beautiful botanical gardens. Have you rented before? Yes, many times. Fran has been renting traditional real estate for over many years and has been in the short-term and medium rental business, including an Airbnb for over 20 years. She is very compassionate, flexible and is always open to lending a hand to people in need- she is both a great communicator and negotiator. Her one-of-a-a-kind style has earned her Airbnb’s "Super Host status for each of the past 4 years of that she has owned one. Fran and Kathy’s Airbnb guests have voted them in the 5 out of o5-stars, superhost category. What else do you want others to know about you? Fran is a very friendly, fun, active, easy-going woman as well as an excellent communicator. As a past real estate agent, for most of her life, Fran very often helps Furnished Finder guests connect with the appropriate professionals in both Florence and Canon City in regards to their real estate and other goals. Fran is extremely knowledgeable of the real estate climate and opportunists in both Florence and Canon City. Fran is a very private person and all of her properties are distinguished by their Martha Stewart-like, creative and up-to-date decorating; very clean and she has also put a lot of time and energy to create uniquely easy to move-right-in for each of her furnished properties including all the amenities guests would need to feel comfortable and completely at home, upon their arrival. Her gardens have won a variety of various awards and, are, without compare, the most exotic and enhancing gardens that Florence has to offer. Fran strives o maintain her properties in a clean and functional manner. Kathy’s MBA, has a background in Marketing and advertising. Her expertise in our partnership is Guest Relations; she maintains all of the business end of the short term rentals including the technology portion, leasing, booking and accounting responsibilities.
