Rural country setting on 4 acres but only a 5 minute drive to shopping and restaurants in nearby Florence. Beautiful views of Pikes Peak and the Wet mountains. Plenty of free parking. Great outdoor activities nearby like the Royal Gorge, zip lining, Arkansas river rafting, mountain biking, rock climbing, and the Canon City River Walk. Or just come relax on the deck and enjoy the view. Antiques decorate all corners of my home to celebrate the atmosphere of the nearby town of Florence. My collection of strawberry knickknacks gives "Strawberry Cottage" a warm, welcoming feel. Recent updates including luxury vinyl flooring, granite kitchen countertops, and all stainless steel appliances make for a clean, modern style.

The location, anemities, and beauty of this house was perfect. Felt at home with all the comforts and fully supplied kitchen made it easy to cook our own meals. Comfortable beds for restful night's sleep after a full day of exploring all the activities and wonders. Highly recommend!!
We needed a last minute place to stay while our driveway was getting repaired and we were lucky to find Annette's house. It was the perfect size for our family of 4 plus our dog. It was cozy, cute and had everything we needed. It was also nice to be in such a convenient location but also have great views. Thank you again Annette!

Like home away from home! Close to downtown Florence but very quiet and peaceful. Our dogs especially enjoyed exploring the walking paths in the back of the property. We'd definitely stay there again!

Sounds from a neighbor's hobby farm give the feel of a little bit of country 5 minutes away from town. Quiet, relaxing setting with plenty of space between homes.
The lot has a private pathway to a bench overlooking the beautiful landscape! BEWARE of cactus if you or your pup wander off the path.
The home is located between the towns of Florence and Canon City. It's a short car trip to either location. The nearby tourist attractions of the Royal Gorge and Royal Gorge railroad are about 30 minutes away.
