We spent a beautiful 10 days in Andrea's apartment, which is located in a newly built residential park, in the most beautiful and cultured part of Agaete. The apartment perfectly matches the description, with a superbly equipped kitchen. The communal pool of the residential park was clean, and although not heated, it was still possible to swim in its 19-20 degree water. The only downside for us was the cleanliness of the apartment upon our arrival (we were traveling with a 6-month-old baby, so our standards might be higher than average), but the owner was absolutely helpful and eventually resolved the issue. There is a separate mattress for the baby travel cot, which besides being comfortable for the baby, is also suitable for using a breathing monitor in the crib. The beach is easily accessible with a stroller, about a 10-minute walk away, from where the harbor is another 10-minute walk, where you can choose from a wide range of restaurants. Great apartment, highly recommended!

- Very responsive and friendly hosts. Met us for check-in and gave lots of local recommendations - Parking space in the underground car park of the complex, host let us in at check-in - Shared pool within the apartment complex was good - Nice private garden - Apartment has everything you need for a short stay - In a quiet, residential area but walking distance to the natural pools, the port, supermarket and old town centre (gmaps took us down the main roads but there's much nicer walks down stairs in the hillside and down a walkway by the Occidental Roca Negra hotel). The neighbourhood is up a hill from the port, old town, etc

Appartement tres agreable , bien ensoleillé dans une residence calme et bien entretenue qui se situe dans un quartier residentiel sur les hauteurs d Agaete Il dispose d une place de parking. Bord de mer accessible a pied. Accueil prevenant de fabian (eau, vin, cafe, thé à disposition ) tres disponible en cas de besoin. La literie est confortable, le jardin avec une belle terrasse permet de prendre tous les repas dehors. Toutes les conditions sont reunies pour un séjour réussi. Merci pour tout.

L'emplacement dans le quartier El Turman est très bien, c'est un beau quartier sur les hauteurs d'Agaete. La copropriété est jolie et bien entretenue, on s'y sent bien. L'appartement correspondait tout à fait à la description. Il est fonctionnel, notamment la cuisine qui est très bien équipée. La grande terrasse est géniale pour manger ou prendre l'apéro, elle est ombragée et possède quelques plantes qui la rendent très agréable. Nous avons également pu utiliser le barbecue électrique qui est très pratique ! Nous n'avons pas utilisé la piscine privée mais plutôt la piscine collective à deux pas de l'appartement qui est propre et toujours vide. Fabiàn était très réactif dans les échanges et flexibles sur les horaires. Merci pour les bouteiles et les petites attentions, nous avons passé un super séjour !

Nautimme olostamme Paula Andrean luona. Kommunikaatio sujui hyvin ja saimme aina apua tarvittaessa. Ympäristö oli erittäin kaunis ja rauhallinen. Siisteydessä voisi olla vähän parannettavaa. Agaesta tuli yksi lempipaikoistamme ja suosittelemme myös Paula Andrean asuntoa.
