Our family of five had a great 10 days at this place in Hanalei. We typically go to Hanalei every year and this was the first time we stayed at this place. Overall, the place was great and had many wonderful things about it. A great location walkable to the beach is hard to come by in Hanalei and this location could not have been better. The home looks to have been newly remodeled and had a lot of good qualities. The biggest downside is the home was smaller than I was expecting and given what we paid a night the master bathroom was pretty lackluster and small. And because the master bathroom is located on the bottom floor, it also becomes the house bathroom. Overall though, a good place to stay at.

The location is unbeatable. The decor is lovely and furniture is comfortable. The home is well stocked with kitchen supplies as well as beach gear including a wagon which is very convenient. The “master bath” was disappointing for the amount we paid. We were 2 small families and we were expecting to each have our own bath with another 1/2 bath to share. The additional air bnb fees were outrageous and if we choose to rent again, we will gladly rent directly with the rental service. Hanalei is a magical place and we will continue to return as often as possible.

Great stay in a simple but luxurious place. Everything worked, and we had an easy stay in close proximity to the beach and the great restaurants in town.

Photos are accurate. Beds and pillows are comfy. Showers (including outdoor one) are great, however I recommend bringing you're own shampoo and conditioner because the stuff they have in the house is a "3 in 1" soap --- with ocean air/water your hair will be dying for some conditioner!!!! Having a 3 in 1 soap for the outdoor shower would be fine but for the cost of the place, hook up some conditioner :) Plenty of towels (both bath and beach towels). There was WAY more baby/toddler gear in the house than what was listed when we rented. Here's a quick list of what was in the house (we wasted $300 renting baby gear). In the various closets/cabinets we found: Graco Pack n Play, two baby gates, bunch of plastic plastic plates/bowls/cups that are toddler sized, loads of sand toys, doll house, rubber balls, board books, and a few boardgames). Kitchen had everything we needed, except for scissors fwiw. Internet was fairly slow/chugged along but worked for the most part. The kitchen table chairs are really flimsy/uncomfortable but did the trick. Couch was a little uncomfortable too (very slouchy, but I have a bad back, I'm sure others will find it fine). Communication with the property management company was fairly fast and check in/check out was clear and easy. Would stay at the house again. Location was great for beach access and short walk to restaurants/shops. Quiet street. Not good for stargazing since the street light floods the porch/lanai but that's not in the owner's control, just a little sucky to have light pollution right there (it's the only light on the block and happens shine into the yard/porch).

Highly recommended. Location was perfect (on a quiet cul de sac with almost no traffic), while a 2min walk to the beach and 7min walk to the shops/restaurants. All the details were excellent and we totally loved our stay there.
