Super logement propre en pleine nature, la vue du balcon est superbe, l accès est en terre mais facile sans 4x4 en période sèche, on a eu la visite des singes hurleurs dans les arbres juste en face, Ruth très réactive et flexible sur les horaires

We had a very nice stay at Ruth's over Christmas, it was exactly what we needed. We booked the cabine at 12pm and it was ready for 1pm. Ruth and her familly were so friendly and welcoming and always replied to our questions. The house is a good size and has everything you need to cook and sleep well. The WiFi is really good too. You are on nature's doorstep, so yes there are some bugs, but close your doors after dark, the windows all have screens and there is a mosquito net for the bed, so nothing to worry about. The place is within walking distance, from a few small shops (basic products), a couple of bars and comidors. Playa Yanke is also around 45 minute walk and is beautiful. The locals are also very nice and friendly. A real Nicaraguan experience. All in all we had a great time, thanks again Ruth and all your family.

We own a local tour agency (Pacifica Aventuras) & we will always recommended our clients to come here. This is a true Nicaraguan home and is absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately, my stay was not as expected. First 2 days several water offs. Twice over 11 hours no water. Water offs are possible in Nicaragua. BUT all houses I know have private water tanks they can open. To have no water tank in a guest house is not good and a security issue. I also had problems to find it. I had no cell-phone connection on this place. So my navigation system did not find it. The house was okay. Between 7 and 9pm a lot of bugs. Nothing dangerous. Outside, in the bathroom and falling from the roof to the bed....
