Enjoy a relaxing and private vacation for the whole family in a newly renovated and flowing open design 3 bdrm 2 bath home. Private fenced pool and separate hot tub, fenced in back yard. Central living/ dining area with large 60' Smart tv. Screened porch outdoor sitting/ eating area. PacMan, PingPong and toys. Walk to spectacular parks and trails. Ten minute drive to miles of pristine Treasure Coast beaches and attractions. Central location makes reaching the rest of Florida easy. The main covered entrance opens to a large central area, living and dining on the right, kitchen on the left. High sloping ceiling and ceiling fans create an airy but cozy feel. Primary bedroom suite is located off of kitchen area, with private hot tub porch, large closets and luxury bathroom. Second bedroom , bathroom and kids room is located to the right off of living area.

We had an amazing time. Grocery store was not far and beach was a quick ride down the road. The pool was clean and house was very nice and very clean

Great place for our extended family to stay; when we weren’t at the beach, we had good family times at the house, playing ping pong, swimming/hot tub, grilling out, and our littlest loved the play kitchen.

Port St. Lucie offers a harmonious blend of natural splendor, beach and recreational activities, and a warm community atmosphere.
Our neighborhood is a quiet residential area with well kept single family homes. At the end of the block is a walking trail with sidewalk where exotic birds, turtles and other wildlife can be seen. A few blocks away is the Savanas Wildlife area that has miles of hiking , biking and canoeing opportunites.
Next to that is Sandhill Crane Park with day and night playground and athletic facilities including raquetball, baseball and volleyball areas.

Nearest airports in order are : West Palm Beach (PBI), Melborne (MLB) , Ft. Lauderdale (FLL) , Miami (MIA) and Orlando (MCO) .
House is 10-15 minute drive to Rt. 95 and Florida Turnpike exits.
Convenient local road access via Walton Rd and Indian River Drive to Jensen Beach, Hutchison Island and A1A points north and south.
Close walk to Route 4 stops of St. Lucie County Area Transport Service (ARTS) shuttles .
Wide driveway allows for parking in front for 2 cars.
Parking only allowed on driveway.
