Great location in the center of Lucerne with lots of restaurants and things to do nearby. The apartment was clean and spacious. Kim was very responsive, attentive and a pleasure to communicate with. Just an FYI- most bedrooms have a step to get in and out of which might be a bit dangerous for the elderly or anyone with mobility issues, so just be aware of that when booking. Also, one of the bedrooms is behind another bedroom so the only way to access it is to walk through one bedroom to get to it which can be a bit disruptive at night when the other guests are sleeping. It wasn't a big problem for us as we were staying with family. Overall, we had a great time at Kim's apartment and loved the location in Lucerne. We would definitely book again if we were visiting Lucerne. I appreciate how well Kim communicated.

The location is amazing, from the living room window you can see the beautiful, very old neighborhood and the mountains. Nearby coffee shops, restaurants, convenience stores, and lot of shops. The place itself is fine, there’s one room that can only be accessed from another room. One of the bathrooms has a shower hose that is really short, you have to bend down a bit to get under it. Other than that the place is really good, good kitchen with full size appliances, lots of space in the family room/ dining room. Very clean entrance and not busy elevator, place and area seemed to be very safe even late at night. This place is best if you don’t have a car though. It can’t be accessed by car, closest you can drive to is about 150-200 meters away. Parking is going to be far and expensive (25-45 CHF/ night). One incident happened after booking is that their account got hacked and I was contacted by someone on the Airbnb app asking me for credit card information, which I didn’t fall for.
