We had a great stay! The place was clean and well maintained. We had everything we need. The location was awesome, only few minutes to Dmall and to the beach. We will definitely be back next time we have a boracay trip!

Overall a solid 9/10, and could make it to 10 easily. We stayed in the flat for almost a month, so I can say the judgment is fair. Good location, just 5 minutes walk to d'mall and white beach. It's five minutes to the kite surfing beach (the other side). Wifi worked very well (most of time), enough for 2 remote workers doing Zoom calls. The place is good for DNs, where 2-3 persons can have calls in the same time. The pool is nice gem, they clean it daily. There's once a week flat deep clean, which is great except for them leaving us a pile of dishes saying they don't do that part. Washing machine, 2 smart TVs, highly equipped kitchen, comfy bed, safe. When we arrived there was no hand or dishwashing soap. What if you're coming for 3 days? It costs 50 cents to put these stuff, and improves the experience. We had 2 days without hot water, 2 days with broken AC in the living room, and 2 days without internet. Not Dennis fault obviously, but he could've been more helpful and empathic
Dennis's place is extremely noisy and there is no privacy. There is zero privacy on the veranda to eat breakfast or have drinks. Three or four maids with crying babies, guards, and cleaning people are constantly talking loudly within ten feet of our veranda. The apartment complex is a throughfare for workers in the neighborhood to pass through the complex and there is constant outside traffic passing through the complex. The problem is that the apartments are owned by absentee owners and when the cat is away, the mice will play. Thus, Scandi apartments are run for the benefit of the working staff and not for the paying guests. The apartment was fine, but Dennis is neglecting investments in the apartment: kitchen ware is very old and should be replaced; mold is growing in the kitchen and bathroom; and, the lights don't work. If you wish peace and quiet, Dennis's 31A apartment is not for you, better to find an adult-only apartment complex.
