This apartment has big space and big balcony with the sea view. all is well equipped. the beach with white sand is just downstairs, so you can swimm anytime. and walked until station 2. all transports are 5 mn walk on the main road. you have a so nice and tasty bar restaurant "Le bistro des amis" just downstairs with so sweet people. I appreciated how Pia and her helper guides us and organised our round transport. I warmly recommend this place.

Boracay is my new favourite place on earth. The location of this apartment is away from busy and loud area and is in much more peaceful and family orientated area. We are a family with two children aged 16 and 8, and we all loved it. Beautiful restaurants very close. If you like the hustle bustle then it’s only a short 10 minute walk along the beach and you are in the midst of it all. Many options for activities, food, cocktails, and relaxation. Some of the best diving I have seen across the world with many options of operators. Pia was a great host and assisted us with a lot of information. I recommend getting the airport transfers. Makes for a very pleasant arrival and departure. We will definitely be back.

Pia’s place is amazing, great place also to work from home. Really recomend to use the transportation from and to the island with Pia, specially if you have larger bags so you have someone that can help. The apartment has all you need, separated from the nouse and party from the beach and has a nice french restaurant in the corner. Would love to come back

Sehr schöne Unterkunft! Die Gastgeberin Pia super freundlich, antwortet sehr schnell und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns auch Transfer vom und zum Flughafen organisiert. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, sehr schön und fühlt sich wie zuhause an. Die Lage fanden wir auch gut. Die Wohnung ist etwas ruhiger gelegen, allerdings alles super erreichbar. Vielen Dank für alles und gerne wieder!

We had a great stay at Pia’s place. Well equipped and comfortable, airy & clean. Pia provided us with everything we needed. Would recommend to bring your own towels as the ones provided were not the best in absorbing water. Short walk to beach and some restaurants & bars. Communication both before arrival and during our stay was prompt and helpful. Would happily recommend it. :)
