The Rooftop Villa has a maximum capacity of 20pax The published Price is for 8 Pax and increase per head / night about 800P. The Rooftop Villa can accommodate 18-20 guests. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 CR, its exclusive for your use only. WHY STAY WITH US: - Perfect for those who are traveling in a group or with families - freshly renovated in March 2024 - Close to convenience stores and wet market - Laundry washed Linens & towels, toiletries, - fully equipped kitchen: all provided like Rice cooker, Kettle, Refrigerator & Wok / Pan... - With cable HD Box TV - Access to WIFI - Air conditioned and with ceiling fan - Hot and Cold shower - 2 CR - Guest can cook in the own private kitchen. Nick and Carl are very hospitable! very nice house and very nice people! highly recommended! ❤️ just one small thing, water from the shower head is not very strong. hoping it can be improved 😉
Staffs are accommodating, most affordable place to stay in boracay if you have 12 or more people . Host is super friendly and responsive .
Perfect place if you are travelling to boracay with big groups. stayed here for 4N and we had the whole roodtop floor. the place is near a wet market (bukid talipapa) where you can source in ingredients if you want a home cooked meal. Hershey is our 'remote' host , she is very reaponsive to all our queries and checking us from time to time ensuring that we get an awesome stay. then we have Nick our 'resident' host who also check in on us from time to time. Staff Danny and Cris are also very helpful and accommodating to our needs. Thank you!!! Free use of Ocean Club pool (with foam party at night time) is one of the highlights of our stay. PS. Quiet time is stricly implemented at 10pm 🙂
BEST RECCOMENDED, KIND PEOPLE
Love the place, just few minutes from the beach and also from a lot of restaurants/bars/shops. Kuya was really helpful and recommended us so many things and let us checked out 30 mins later because we had some minor issues. The place is massive and they are renovating it and it's turning really into a beautiful space! Perfect for family and barkada and specially we enjoyed the fact that we also had a voucher for the pool at ocean resort! Thank you very much! We will be back soon!

We are located at Ambulong Station 3, Manoc Manoc Boracay, near Turtle Inn or Greenyard Inn.
Instructions Going To Our Place:
Once you arrive port of boracay, take the e-trike and tell the driver to take you at the front gate of Luna Spa, Station 3. One of our staff will meet you there to assist you with your luggage. Please note that e-trikes doesn't fit on the street going to our apartment. Our location is 1-2 minutes walk from Luna Spa entrance. Please follow the instructions we send you after booking.
