The experience was good. Place is clean and homey. We enjoyed it although the only draw back is the flight of stairs. Place is near to grocery and bakery.

we stayed at Avana Hills in Boracay and it was a very nice and quiet place. it's near groceries and souvenir shops, and just around 5mins walk to the beach. the staff were kind. the apartment was fully furnished. the only missing part was a living room. I wanted I and my kids and mom to have a bonding time in the apartment but there was no living room so I just called them to my room. the rooms were big, with clean bathroom. I am so particular with toilet bowls, and amazingly, I didn't find any spot of stain. it's like it was just purchased the day before our check-in. haha! I will definitely recommend this place to my brother and his family because they are also planning to go to Boracay. the only con is that it's uphill, we were all challenged to climb the stairs, especially me and my mom (72 yrs old). but praise God, she took it positively (as just a form of exercise) and NEVER complained!
