Villa Sabrina is a refined private villa with swimming pool in Le Marche region and offers every comfort for a regenerating holiday in nature. It is located a few km from the town center of Cagli, in a quiet countryside area with panoramic views. The modern design of furniture, the heated indoor pool and the magnificent Jacuzzi create an intimate atmosphere. Guests can benefit of a porch equipped for al fresco dining and outdoor areas for relaxation. The property is completely fenced. The villa is on two levels, both with direct access to the garden. On the ground floor there is a wide living room with fireplace, an equipped kitchen with direct access to the porch equipped with wood oven and fireplace, double bedroom with mezzanine floor with two single beds, ensuite bathroom with shower and walk-in closet, single bedroom, double bedroom, bathroom with shower and corridor with mezzanine where a single bed is present. All bedrooms have air-conditioning. An internal staircase leads to the lower floor composed of living room-kitchen, double bedroom, double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower (with air conditioning), heated indoor pool enclosed by large windows, bathroom with shower and laundry in the pool area.

Sehr schöne und saubere Villa in traumhafter Lage. Die Villa bietet auch für mehrere Personen (wir waren zu elft) ausreichend Platz und hat alles was man braucht. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und bei Bedarf jederzeit zur Stelle. Auch die Kommunikation in englisch war dank des Sohnes reibungslos möglich.
Die Villa hat viele positive Eigenschaften, jedoch gab es einige Dinge, die unseren Aufenthalt dort leider erschwert haben. Erstmal positives: Das Wohnzimmer, Küche und das obere Stockwerk sind wirklich wundervoll, modern und groß! Draußen ist windgeschützteTerasse und eine zweite beim Whirlpoolbereich mit einer wundervollen Aussicht. Der Pool ist ebenfalls riesig und die Kontaktperson hat innerhalb kürzester Zeit geantwortet. Negatives: Der Whirlpool durfte nicht beheizt werden und hatte zu viel Chlor, wodurch wir Ausschläge bekamen. Der Innenweg vom Pool ins Haus geht nur durch ein Schlafzimmer, also keine Privatssphere und ständig Wasser am Boden. Des weiteren hat dieses Schlafzimmer weder Klimaanlage noch Fenster! Alle Türen sind von Außen immer verschlossen und es gibt keine Möglichkeit sie offen zu halten. Wir kamen mit zwei Hunden und auf dem ganzen Gelände sind Streuner Katzen, was nicht angegeben war. Fazit: Eine schöne Villa mit Abzügen, wegen Katzen eher nichts für Hunde.
Beautiful and spacious villa was enough to fit 10 adults and 2 kids easily. There was so much room, that you got privacy if you wanted. Two kitchen helped with dishes and food storage. Breathtaking views that you don't get bored on. Big pool and privacy from neighbours. There is outdoor cats in the villas yard, which do not come inside but is good to know if you take your own pets with you. Everything was in order and as described - thank you! Would highly recommended for bigger family for example.
Exquisite views, excellent jacuzzi and pool, plenty of linens, awesome pizza oven and grill. Check-in/Check-out with owner/occupant.
Die Villa ist wunderschön, alles genau wie beschrieben, die Aussicht, der Pool und das Haus in sich ist traumhaft. Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern im Juni dort. Die Straße die zur Villa hinauf auf den Berg führt ist zwar Gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber man wird mit einem atemberaubenden Panorama belohnt. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen hoffentlich irgendwann wieder.

Throughout the year Cagli is the setting of many courses, tasting in the beautiful historic buildings, theatre performances and special events relating to nature and food & wine traditions.
The Pipe festival born in 2000 has become an attractive and unmissable meeting for pipe smokers coming from all over Italy. You’ll find exhibitors, stands and international slow-smoking competitions! It usually takes place in late May. The most anticipated event is the historical Game of the Goose (Gioco dell’Oca o Palio storico) being held every year on the second Sunday of August through the streets of the historic centre. During the weekend there are Renaissance parades, flag wavers, fire shows, archers, crossbowmen and then on Sunday the classic game of the goose performed at the local Arena of Sant’Emidio. The four city quarters compete to win the iron goose, symbol of the Palio of Cagli. No shortage of taverns serving typical local dishes and dance till late at night. In the month of August, an evening entirely dedicated to music with the event Cagli delle Musiche. Among the streets, squares and characteristic corners of the historic center, live bands play different genres simultaneously creating a unique and suggestive atmosphere for the listeners. Meat lovers cannot miss the annual Barbecue party held in the town square in mid-June with food & wine stands and grilled meat, the unique protagonist of the event. Last but not least, the Good Friday Commemoration consisting of an evocative parade through the streets and squares of the town adorned for the occasion with fragrant flowers and petals.
