Casa Emanuela is a lovely private villa with pool in Le Marche which has been renovated in comfortable and functional style. Set in a dominant position with an extraordinary open view over the countryside of Le Marche, it is perfect for holidays with family or friends in a spirit of total relaxation, among breathtaking sceneries and close to important historic centres such as Urbino. At the guests’disposal an outdoor kitchen with barbecue, wide porch and garden with panoramic salt water pool. The structure is set on two levels. On the ground floor there is a practical kitchen with dining area, a wide living room with double sofa bed, two double bedrooms, one with the possibility to add bunk beds, bathroom with shower. Through internal stairs you access the lower floor with double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, a twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and laundry area.

We hebben met 10 personen (6 volwassenen en 4 kinderen) een prima verblijf gehad in Casa Emanuela. De villa ligt prachtig op een heuvel, mooie tuin en een heerlijk zwembad. Ook de tafel buiten onder de luifel is super. De slaapkamers en badkamers zijn prima. Enig minpuntje was de ene slaapkamer beneden die geen airco heeft en een wel heel minimalistische badkamer. De airco hebben we daar niet echt gemist want de kamer is, met het raam snachts open, prima koel. De badkamer was wel behelpen. Maar over het geheel een prima accomodatie en wij hebben genoten. Ga zeker eten bij agriturisoma Ca Maddalena op 200 meter van de villa. Echt super eten, mooi uitzicht en zeer betaalbaar. En op loopafstand!.
Casa Emanuela täytti kaikki toiveemme ja enemmän! Omistaja Antonio on erittäin ystävällinen ja auttaa tarvittaessa. Hän käy myös huoltamassa uima-altaan aikaisin joka aamu. Talo sijaitsee vuorilla ja näkymät ovat uskomattomat! Fermignanon alueelta on reilun tunnin ajomatkan päässä monta kiinnostavaa kohdetta, esim. Frasassin tippukiviluolat, San Marino, Urbino jne. Suosittelen kohdetta ehdottomasti!
Antonio ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr schön.
Wir sind mit einer anderen Familie das Haus gebucht und das war für die Kinder uns für uns super schön. Die Kinder hatten so viel Auslauf, im Pool hatten wir immer alle sehr viel spaß und die Lage ist einfach ein Traum. Wir werden auf jedenfalls wieder gehen.
The villa is set in truly beautiful surroundings and we were warmly welcomed by Antonio on our arrival. Everything was very well presented and maintained and we were very appreciative of the welcome pack of goodies. All we needed was readily to hand and the villa attractively furnished. The region of Le Marche is delightful to explore and full of interest with its coastal resorts, historic inland towns, peaceful countryside and wonderful food. We were so very sorry though to see the effects of the terrible recent floods and the unusually heavy rain that brought such devastation to the area just further north. We can only hope the recovery is now under way. Thank you, DH Villas, for a wonderful holiday in this beautiful region.

Fermignano plays host to several events every year, most notably the Palio of the Frog, a historical tournament dating back to XVII century and taking place on the first Sunday after Easter. Frogs are the undisputed stars of the festival and have to face a run of about 170 metres aboard a wheelbarrow guided by a knight. The race is preceeded by a parade with local people wearing beautiful costumes. During the event there are also markets, street performers, firework displays and tastings of typical products. By the end of the summer, on the first Sunday of September the Grand Prix of 19th century Penny Farthing takes place. Because of its uniqueness, this event is known throughout Italy and abroad. It is a race between 7 town districts that compete along a 3 km path riding beautiful old bicycles. In addition to the race, the town is enlivened by shows, exhibitions, parades, food stands and markets.
