Jolie villa malheureusement pas entretenue ! Murs de salon cuisine avec peinture écaillée et délabrée, piscine non fonctionnelle à notre arrivée, eau non conforme qui a provoqué des brûlures sur la peau , qui a délavé le caleçon de bain passant du noir au rouge et cheveux avec une sensation de plastique en sortant de l’eau. Carrelages de la piscine autour très sale L’hôte fut très réactif, des techniciens sympathiques sont intervenus plusieurs fois par jour pendant trois jours et avons eu accès à la piscine que trois jours restants durant notre séjour. Évidemment nous avons été bloqué à la villa pendant ces trois jours d’intervention L’hôte nous a remboursé la facture hebdo du chauffage de la piscine en dédommagement !!?? Vraiment dommage car la villa est belle avec de beaux matériaux Pour finir le quartier est calme la journée et se transforme en boîte de nuit géante le soir par conséquent fuyez ce quartier si vous cherchez la tranquillité

The apartment was beautiful and ideal for me and my family on holiday. There were 4 of us and it was the ideal size. Pool area needed a bit of a clean when we arrived however other than that the place was spotless. Any issues we had which were minimal the team were responsive and attentive. The apartment was not far from shops / nightlife / taxi rank etc. so it was the ideal location. Air con in all rooms was a god send when we were feeling it a bit too warm. Pool was lovely and the back area for the sun a good bit of the day. Would visit again . All in all we had a fabulous time and will recommend to others Thanks.

Très belle et grande villa de standing, tout était parfait et toute l'équipe était disponible si nous en avions besoin. Proposition de nettoyage et de ménage réguliers, TV dans chaque chambre et très grande TV Samsung connectée dans le salon qui fonctionnait parfaitement avec mon iPhone et mon iPad, l'électroménager était de qualité, les lits de qualité, un immense séjour-cuisine avec très grand canapé, très confortable, la clim fonctionnait parfaitement. Cette belle et grande Villa en vaut vraiment le coup, tout était parfait. Merci

Beautiful villa, Location was perfect. 11 minutes to the Yumbo centre and playa del Inglés. 3 minutes to the beach. Had to ask for pool to be cleaned as it became quite dirty, it only got cleaned on the 2nd last day of the holiday. There is a safe in the wardrobe even though we were told it didn’t have one. The Villa was cleaned once during our stay, however a hoover would have been useful to have, just for us to keep on top of the cleanliness. Also, a dishwasher would have been helpful as there is plenty of room for one. Washing machine useful but no need for a separate tumble dryer. 2 of the 3 large umbrella’s were broken and just left on the ground by the pool which should have been removed. The shower in main bathroom was a bit tricky to turn on but we worked it out eventually. All in all, a lovely villa and a lovely stay there, however more information on arrival would have been useful regarding the safe and cleaning and maintaining of the pool which we weren’t told about.
